Hi guys, so I recently found out that I’m allergic to gluten ( small/quiet sob). At first I was super worried that I wouldn’t be able to find any of my favourite foods! But luckily, there are so many great things on the market at the moment! As well as finding out that I’m allergic to gluten; I have started doing intermittent fasting for 17-20 hours. Right, so todays recipe is Gluten free crumpets, served with salmon:
- Half an avocado, cut into cubes
- Gluten free (genius) crumpet
- A spring onion
- Tsp paprika
- 1 fillet of salmon
- Cracked pepper for dusting
- 1/4 fresh lemon
Its pretty pointless, writing the method out; as its as simple as mash the avocado, place on the toasted crumpet, chop the onion and sprinkled on top, followed by pepper and a dusting of paprika. Grill your salmon until cooked and add lemon juice.
