The Easy Thai Green Curry

So today’s blog post is as stated in the title;  A Thai Green Fish Curry! ( whoop ) – it’s so easy and so quick to produce!


  1. 1tbsp Green Thai curry Paste
  2. 50g fine green beans
  3. 1/2 fish stock cube – 100ml water
  4. 100g mixed fish
  5. 150ml coconut milk
  6. 100g spinach
  7. tsp coriander
  8. 50g shredded carrots
  9. 1 spring onion
  10. 1 lemon juice


  • Gently fry off the fish, prawns and vegetables
  • Add the stock to the pan & the coconut milk
  • mix ingriedents together
  • Put in the spring onion and add the curry paste – mix in all together
  • Add the lemon juice
  • Let the water reduce slightly
  • Serve in a bowl and top with half of the spring onion and coriander – you can also add chilli
