Smoothie bowls are the BEST.
- 2 scoops of Protein powder. I use Protein World’s, Slender blend range. I have both the vanilla and banana flavour
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup kale
- 1 tsp Fage 0% Greek Yoghurt
- 1tsp Fage 0%
- Mixed seeds and nuts
- Goji berries
- 1tsp rolled oats
- Place the protein powder, banana, spinach and Kale into a blender
- Add a small amount of water to loosen up the ingredients
- Blend until into a thick mixture ( don’t over-blend or it will be too runny!)
- Transfer into a bowl and place top with your mixed seeds, Fage and rolled oats
This is so great to make any time of the day! Plus you can make soon many different versions of it! Both Liam and I love to blend in our greens, as we both aren’t fans of kale! haha.
